KAMYUUN'S Bi-annual Clothing Swap takes place at the top of each year on the last Sunday of January, and every summer on the last Sunday of July. This event focuses on the exchange of sustainable resources and making space for new, refreshing energy in the upcoming season. We create a fun and safe environment for participants to engage with the community and release things that are no longer serving them.
How it works:
1. Register Now to receive detailed instructions & event updates.
2. Begin to set intentions for the upcoming season and prepare your clothing donations accordingly.
3. Participate in weekly activities each Sunday, leading up to the event.
These activities are designed to guide you through your process of releasing & de-cluttering your space(s).
Day of Event
Participants are checked in and their items are processed.
(Prepare for a 15- 30 minute check-in process upon arrival).
Donated items are exchanged for tickets based on contribution scale.
Participants will enjoy a curated shopping experience utilizing tickets as currency for trade. Items can also be purchased without trading!
All remaining items are donated to Project Re- do and used for KAMYUUNITY Exchange Workshops.
KAMYUUNITY MARKET is a sacred space where we honor the value of our community's resources. We highlight small businesses while coming together to exchange a variety of goods and services, like yummy foods and desserts, plants, art, & more!
